chromatherapy

Whether you subscribe to color therapy as a method of healing, or see it simply a curiosity (or know nothing of its existence at all), you can hopefully still appreciate the positive influence that colors can have on your mood.

I’d like to take a moment to admire this “therapy” as it relates to two favorite pastimes: the manicure & pedicure awash with vivid hues.  To set things straight, I’ll admit that by the current trends of the season, brightly colored nails are second to neutral, dark, dull colors. But trend or no trend, there’s something spectacular about brilliantly polished pink/red/orange fingernails!

I love watching my fingers click the keyboard in a flash of Russian Roulette, or swirling a beverage with Short Shorts-adorned fingertips.  And on warm, sandal-clad days, my toes long to be decked in shades of Clambake.

If you’ve read my very brief bio, you will know that I love Tangerine nail polish.  And so, in the vein of faux-therapies (somewhere beside the retail-variety), I’d to offer a brief toast to the color-induced bliss of paint-splashed nails & exposed, polished toes!
